Double Amputee Qualifies As Search And Rescue Responder

A former Royal Marine Commando has become the first double amputee to qualify as an International Search and Rescue Responder.  
Peter Dunning was injured in an IED blast in 2008 whilst serving in Afghanistan.
Forced to give up a promising career as an adaptive skier, he was looking for a new challenge, and decided disaster relief was just the thing.
