International Response
When disaster strikes, time is critical, and so is expertise. Serve On specialises in earthquake and collapsed structure search and rescue, deploying highly trained teams to some of the world’s most challenging and devastated environments. Our responders are equipped to locate, access and rescue trapped survivors when every second counts and when few others are able to operate safely.

The International Response Team (IRT) has over 30 years of experience. Past deployments include India, Pakistan, Haiti, Türkiye and Nepal. This experience has shown when deployed from our headquarters within hours of disaster, with the team able to start their work immediately on landing, making their first rescues within 24 hours. Deployed teams sustain themselves while in disaster zones, ensuring they are nothing but a positive asset to the affected community.
The Diamond

At the heart of our capability lies the Serve On Diamond, the emblem of the IRT. Much like diamonds, forged under pressure, this patch represents the courage, compassion, and commitment required to serve on the IRT. A mark of excellence earned only by those who have completed our rigorous selection process, a demanding two year training cycle, and a final operational assessment. This qualification signifies the highest standard of international response readiness and makes us a reliable source of assistance in times of crisis.
